39921 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 Reservations or Arriving After 5:00 pm please call us at: (909) 866-4141 From Los Angeles and Orange County: Take Interstate 10 East to the Hwy 210/330 junction. Go North on the 210 to the Hwy 330 exit (Mountain Resorts). Hwy 330 will take you up the mountains through Running Springs. At this point the road becomes Hwy 18. Follow Hwy 18 until you come to the Big Bear Lake Dam. Turn right at the Dam and follow the road into Big Bear Lake Blvd and Timberline Lodge will be on your right hand side about 2 miles with a Digital Display sign of Time and Temperature. Alternate Route From Interstate 10 If the 330 Is Closed OR If You are Driving West on the 10 Fwy From Palm Springs Area: Take Interstate 10 to Orange Street in Redlands. Exit on Orange and go North on Orange to Lugonia Ave. Turn right on Lugonia Avenue which becomes Hwy 38. Take Hwy 38 up into the mountains and follow the signs to Big Bear. Hwy 38 first brings you to Big Bear City and then into the City of Big Bear Lake where the road becomes Big Bear Blvd. Stay on this road and you will pass Vons (on the right) and Stater Brothers (on the left). You will also pass Moonridge Road, Kmart (on the right) and Summit Blvd. After you pass Summit Blvd., drive about 1.5 miles until you reach Pine Knot Avenue (good landmark is the Valero gas station), continue west on Big Bear Blvd for about 1 mile and Timberline Lodge will be on your left hand side with a large digital display of Time and Temperature. From San Diego County: Take Interstate 15 North to Interstate 215 North to Interstate 10 East. Take Interstate 10 East to the Hwy 210/330 junction. I think my dog says it well - GOT SNOW! I can only speak for myself and my dog "Bear", he is very much a character and even more so in the snow. I just happened to have my camera with me one morning in Big Bear Lake and while my dog was playing in the snow and he popped his head up trough the snow - pretty funny picture I think!
